Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 955 represents approximately 600 permanent and casual support staff employed by the Strait Regional School Board. The SRCE serves about 6000 students in the counties of Antigonish, Guysborough, Inverness, and Richmond, covering a geographic area of approximately 11000 square kilometres. We work at 20 different schools and 3 bus garages.
